International Day for the Unreached

Pentecost Sunday - June 4, 2017

The Power of Pentecost is given to Send You Out to 'People' in the Ends of the Earth!

“But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth" (Acts 1:8)

Who are the Unreached?

  • An unreached people group is defined as a people or people group among which there is no indigenous community of believing Christians with adequate numbers and resources to evangelize the rest of its members without outside (cross-cultural) assistance.
  • Those that live in regions where there are no churches and have no accessto the evangelical gospel in their culture, and will never have opportunity of being evangelized.

Why are they Unreached?

  • This is primarily due to the church being ignorant and being uninvolved with them.
  • Majority of all Christian activities focus on nominal Christians and
only 2% of them focus on the Unreached!

2 Billion People!

“With more than 2 billion people who haven’t had a chance to meet Jesus, it’s time … to take a radical stand and say ‘This has to end in our generation.”

—Rick Warren, pastor and author

Pray for the Unreached

The first Pentecost marked the beginning of the gospel going to the farthest corners of the earth. Imagine a revived movement of believers reaching the hardest corners of the earth for Christ until all have heard the only message that can give lasting hope.

This coming Pentecost—June 4, 2017—

The Alliance for the Unreached is calling on churches, ministry organizations, radio and television stations and individual believers to be the voice of advocacy for people who have yet to hear the gospel.

Please Mobilize Prayer in your Church this Pentecost Sunday for the Unreached!
